add participants

Can i just buy participants on a photo contest?

The participant limits can currently only be increased via our packages. The higher packages differ mainly in these participant limits. The limits today are as follows:

Voter limits per poll
Free: 40
Premium: 200
Business: 2,000
Enterprise: 20,000

Photo upload limits per poll
Free: 20
Premium: 100
Business: 500
Enterprise: 1,000

The limits for participants were too low🥺 can you please hell since i only want to use it one time for my mini shop. I already on premium package but dont have enough budget to go to bussines package. Can youu???

Hello, we have a photo contest and i wanted to increase the participants limit. I bought the premium but the participants limit is still 40. How can i change it?

This usually happens when the contest was created without an email address or using a different PollUnit account.
Please log in with your Premium account and open the contest admin link. In most cases, you will then be able to take ownership of the contest.

If this does not work, please contact us at support@pollunit.com and include:

• Your PollUnit account details
• The contest admin link

For security reasons, please do not share the admin link publicly in the forum.
