I've tried every option I'm interested in: voting via email, Facebook, Google, and none of them work. When I try to vote in another PC an my phone Facebook and Google says rejected connection. What could that be?
Also my Pollunit user logs out every 5 or 10 minutes and it's very annoying.
A rejected connection usually means that your host is not on the allow list. Please make sure you've added your host as described in our embedding tutorial. Have you already added it?
We do not automatically end sessions after 5 to 10 minutes. However, if you're running tests in multiple browser tabs or windows, this might cause your session to end unexpectedly.
