Edit Comments

Is it possible to have an edit function for comments?

Currently, we do not offer a feature to edit comments.
However, this functionality is already on our roadmap.

Our plan is to introduce a system similar to the approval dashboard used for submissions. To ensure transparency and prevent misuse, any edited comment would need to be clearly marked. For example, with a note like »edited by xyz«. This way, we can maintain accountability and avoid potential manipulation.

Does this align with your use case? Feel free to share the context or your specific goal. We are happy to take that into account as we continue planning the feature.

At this time, there is no specific timeline for implementation. But as soon as I have an update, I will share it here.

Ah ok! I add this as a feature as well. Currently it is only possible to delete your own comments an re-comment. I keep you posted!
