Participant name revealed by notification from PollUnit

This is the first time this has happened but it is happening for each notification as of today.

The participant "Robert Lavker" should not be revealed.
This is happening in my members account. I have a different account when I am acting as an administrator.
The three other administrators are not experiencing this.
