Automatically send an email notification to the PollUnit admin when a new option submission is awaiting approval. This would relieve the admin from having to constantly check for new submissions and would help get submissions approved/disapproved more promptly, thus improving efficiency.
Admins are notified about new content even when approval is required.
- A user is considered an admin if they are the creator of the PollUnit, or if the PollUnit belongs to an organization of which the user is a member.
- If the admin is also the submitter, no notification email will be sent.
- In the »My Account« section, each user can define how often notifications should be sent.
- If you use the open admin link feature (»Make admin link accessible to others« in the admin link section of your PollUnit) to share admin rights with users who are not the creator or members of the organization, PollUnit does not send notifications to these users. This is because access rights are not stored in such cases.
