Unable to download images/submissions

Anyone else getting the issue of not being able to download images? This was working for me then stopped!

I’ve tested our download features and they are working as expected. Downloading images is an admin-only feature, so you need to use the admin link in order to download them. It’s possible that you were trying to download from the participant link instead.

If that’s not the case, could you please share more details about what exactly isn’t working for you?
Do you see any error messages?
Which steps should I follow to reproduce the issue?

Thank you for the response. It shows as "downloading' but nothing is actually downloaded. I am in the admin link when I do this. I checked with our IT dept and gave them my log in and password - they couldn't download either on their computer.

I went into a different pollunit and was able to download, so the issue was just with the one pollunit (Thanksgiving Recipe competition).

Could you share the admin link of the PollUnit that does not allow downloads with support@pollunit.com so we can take a closer look? Please do not post the admin link here in the public forum.

Additionally, could you describe exactly what you are trying to do? There are several ways to download objects in PollUnit, and this information would help us a lot in identifying the issue.
