Business account trial

We had arranged for a trial Business account until Dec 30. I just logged on an d see that we are back to a free account. What happened?

You have created a second PollUnit account using a different email address. You can also see this reflected in your forum username: »Doug McCarthy_1«. Your original username is »Doug McCarthy«.
