I did a "quick question" poll for the first time and was surprised to find that didn't have access to any information on the respondents (they were all listed as some form of anonymous). I haven't experienced this before and don't see a setting in the poll where I could have changed that. Is there any way for the poll owner to recover that information after the fact (and to prevent it in the future)? Thanks in advance for the help.
As an update, I do wonder if it is a bug because there is text in my view that says "You are in the admin area of this question. Here you can invite participants. You can find your results in the evaluation". However, if I click "evaluation" link in that text, I get this error: "You are not authorized to perform this action." I am able to enter evaluation via the three dots in the upper right, but there I am only shown anonymized results.
Hi,
The evaluation link is a bug, which should be fixed very soon.
If you do not collect any information from your participants, then there is no information on each participant and we cannot show anything or recover information.
In step 4 you have to configure what information needs to be provided by your participants.
Kind regards
Philipp
