Is it possible to redesign the window for voting on multiple categories on a photo?
Currently the categories are shown beneath the photo, forcing the photo te be very small
Requested is to put the voting bars for the categorie besides (on right side) showing the photo on the left.
This leaves space for at least 2/3 of the laptopscreen for the photo. This would be very helpfull to avoid constantly switching between the photos and the voting bars.
Of course in a responsive design the photo will still be shown above the voting bars on a smartphone.

Thank you for your suggestion. We can see how having the voting categories next to the image could make the voting process more convenient, especially on larger screens.
The challenge is that the layout needs to work well across all possible contest configurations, for example, with only one or two voting categories as well as with a large number of categories, different voting methods, image formats, and screen sizes.
One possible solution could be to move the category voting controls next to the image on desktop, as you suggested. Another option we are considering is moving the voting controls into our lightbox, which opens when clicking on an image. This could provide much more space for the photo while still keeping the voting controls easily accessible.
We will add this to our ToDo list and look for a general solution that works well across all these different configurations.
