Photo Contest - automatically page through all images when in "large image" view

Currently in a Photo Contest with more than 50 images, the "gallery" view is split into multiple pages. When someone opens up the "large image" view, and scrolls through to vote on each image, it only loops through the images on that specific page. So for example, if there are 60 images, it splits into 2 pages of 50 and 10, then in large view starting from image 1 it scrolls through only to image 50 and forces the voter to click back to Gallery and Next Page.

Hi Richard,
You are right, that's a shortcoming of our current image viewer.
We are working on a better image viewer, where this is fixed.
We will notify you here once it is released.
We plan to release it within the next weeks.
Kind regards
Philipp

Hi - wondering how you are coming along with this release. I am capping at 50 the number of entries to my photo contest, because of the disadvantage to some contestants that might be on the second page of the "large view". I would accept more if this feature was incorporated. No big deal, just thought I'd ask.

Hi Jeff,

this issue is already fixed. In our lightbox (large image view) you can navigate through all images of your PollUnit independent of the current page of the image overview.

For the image overview you can define the number of images per page. For example if you add ?per=60 at the end of your PollUnit URL you change the number of images per page to 60. You can share this URL with your participants
But keep in mind that increasing this number lead to a slower page load.

Best regards
Markus

Hi Jeff - one other thing that you can do is to "Randomise" the images being displayed, so at least any disadvantage is removed.
Best
