You can cancel subscriptions in the »My Account« section.

You can also cancel your account in this section, but this will delete your account. So if you like to keep your PollUnits you have to cancel the subscription.
I don't see that option, I'd like to keep my account I just don't need it right now
I've checked your account. You do not have an active subscription. You've made a one time purchase without automatic renewal.

Hello Tane, you find the option to cancel in the »My Account« section in the tab »Billing«. But I already canceled it for you.
Hello, I tried to upgrade my subscription from Premium to Business. Looking at my subscriptions it says Business is activated but I can still only upload 100 files. I understood that the Premium subscription would be refunded and the Business subscription would be charged. Can you help? I don't want to be charged for both, and I'll only need the subscription for a couple of days anyway.
