You can cancel subscriptions in the »My Account« section.

You can also cancel your account in this section, but this will delete your account. So if you like to keep your PollUnits you have to cancel the subscription.

Hello Tane, you find the option to cancel in the »My Account« section in the tab »Billing«. But I already canceled it for you.

Hello, I tried to upgrade my subscription from Premium to Business. Looking at my subscriptions it says Business is activated but I can still only upload 100 files. I understood that the Premium subscription would be refunded and the Business subscription would be charged. Can you help? I don't want to be charged for both, and I'll only need the subscription for a couple of days anyway.

Why do you make it so difficult to cancel a subscription? It's deliberate. And unethical for any SaaS to make it THIS hard to unsubscribe. I have sent a message to support after looking for over twenty minutes (two times) for the unsubscribe.

If you bill me… expect a big noise on reviews and social. Very tired of this game with software providers. Pretty sure that violates many trade laws.

I've cancelled the subscription for you. Cancelling a subscription is not so hard to find. Go to »My Account« open the »Billing« Tab. Here you can cancel your subscription via the context menu.
