I was wondering whether it is somehow possible to use a Likert scale - my clients often want this. E.g. have a text (statement e.g. "the training helped me in my day-to-day work") and then have text-based options to click (e.g. "Totally agree" "Agree" "Somewhat agree"…).

This will be one of the next features we will implement for our surveys.
At the moment you can use our rating feature. When you see the question »What do you want to do in this step?« you can choose »Submit rating«. Here participants could rate your statements. For example from 1 to 5 stars.
I will post a message here once Likert Scales are ready!

Feature release
Today we released our likert scale feature. This release allows you to simply choose from various ready made likert scale types. In a further release it is planned to be able to configure own Likert Scale types. We would appreciate feedback on what you are still missing.
