How do I set my poll so that people can vote more than once?

I have a poll contest that is ultimately a fundraiser. We really don't care how many times people vote, because it is to raise money for cancer research. Is there a way to set parameters so that participants can vote more than once if they wish?

you can allow users to donate in your contest. Then they are asked once after the first vote to donate, but they can skip this. You find the donation setting in Step 4 of the wizard -> Allow voting -> Participation fee / Donation
