Is there a way to adjust how many pictures a voter can vote for?

You could use our Dot-Voting. There you can give a voter a certain number of points, which can be distributed among the pictures. If you allow only one point per picture, you can control on how many images users can vote. You can also change the voting symbol from "dot" to "heart" or "like".
